Delete from the app
The easiest way is to delete your account from the Yanko app:
- Open the Yanko app and tap the Me tab at the bottom.
- Tap Settings in the list.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
What is deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data is deleted immediately and permanently and cannot be recovered:
- Your email address, password and account details,
- Your profile information (nickname, date of birth, gender, height, weight, occupation, bio, approximate location),
- Your profile, cover and album photos and photos you sent in messages (files are removed from the server),
- All your chats and messages, your Moments posts, comments and likes,
- Your follow, follower, visitor, block and report records.
As required by law, traffic records (IP address, time) are kept for the period set by the legislation and then deleted. Copies in backups are deleted within 30 days at the latest. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
Delete on the web
If you can't access the app, you can delete your account here with its email address and password.
If you forgot your password, you can request deletion by writing to support@yanko.live from the email address registered to your account; your request will be completed within 30 days at the latest after identity verification.
